- 1998年获得中国协和医科大学博士学位,1998-2005年分别在美国Wake Forest大学和美国北卡大学做博士后和研究助理,2005-至今分别在北京协和医学院、首都医科大学及大连医科大学任教授,博士生导师。近些年获得享受国务院政府特殊津贴等荣誉称号。 长期从事心血管疾病发生的病理生理机制研究,从分子细胞生物学、动物模型及临床病人探讨泛素修饰、免疫炎症及营养素等在心血管疾病(包括高血压、心衰、心肌梗死及房颤等)中的作用及其分子机制。在国际心血管期刊European Heart journal(IF:23.239)、Circulation(IF:23.054)等发表SCI论文130余篇,其中通讯或第一作者(共同)论文90余篇,最高单篇他引409次。主持基金委重点项目、973计划10余个基金项目。担任10余个国内外等杂志的编委或审稿人。 研究方向:心血管疾病(包括心肌梗死、心衰、高血压、房颤等)发生发展的病理生理机制研究。 在研项目:1.2017.01-2021.12: 国家自然科学基金重点项目: 趋化因子/受体信号通路调控心力衰竭发病机制和干预的研究。10篇代表论著(*通讯或共同通讯): 1.Lei Wang#, Yun-Long Zhang#, Qiu-Yue Lin, Yu Liu, Xu-Min, Xiao-Lei Ma, Yun-Long Xia, Jie Du*, Hui-Hua Li*.
